Served as Chief Engineer of Slicing at Yinchuan Longji Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd., Senior Chief Engineer of Research and Development at Xi'an Longji Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd., and Production Manager at the Hydrogen Energy Headquarters. With 15 years of work experience in the photovoltaic industry, I have been engaged in the research and development of monocrystalline technology and process management. I have rich experience in process improvement, technological breakthroughs, standardization, and automation management.
