The first phase 13GW project of Qingdian Silicon Industry Co., Ltd.'s annual production of 40GW monocrystalline silicon pull rod is located in the southern circular economy industrial park of Hami High tech Zone. The project mainly includes the construction of pull crystal plant, machining plant, office building, research and development building, dormitory building, warehouse, power station, wastewater treatment station, general solid waste station, hazardous waste station, emergency water tank, fire water tank, and related supporting facilities.

The first phase 13GW production base of Anhui Qingdian Silicon Industry Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 40GW monocrystalline silicon wafers is located in Hefei Circular Economy Demonstration Park. The project covers an area of about 150 acres, and the production workshop of the first phase project has 32 production lines and a total of 212 main equipment. It is the first fully intelligent slicing production line in the group's entire industry that integrates adhesive, slicing cleaning, and packaging. It can process ultra-thin full and half slice technology with edge distance of 230mm and thickness below 130um, which is far ahead.

Hefei Qingdian Changxin Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd., as a key investment attraction project for the development of advanced photovoltaics and new energy storage industries in Hefei City, was established in 2023 with a registered capital of 400 million yuan. It is located in Feixi County Economic Development Zone, Hefei City, Anhui Province, and is a high-end manufacturing enterprise specializing in the research and development, production, and sales of photovoltaic cells. The project adopts globally leading automated solar cell production equipment and establishes an efficient photovoltaic cell research and manufacturing base that integrates scale, digitization, and intelligence.
