Job Description

1、 Develop financial strategies and plans
1. Develop corresponding financial strategies and plans based on the company's strategic goals and business development plans, ensuring that the company's financial situation matches its business development;
2. Supervise the preparation and implementation of financial budgets, regularly adjust and control budgets to ensure the achievement of the company's financial goals.
2、 Internal Control and Risk Management
1. Supervise the compliance work of the company to ensure that its financial activities comply with laws, regulations, and internal rules;
2. Responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing financial risks of the company, reducing the impact of financial risks on the company;
3. Maintain good relationships with government departments such as taxation and auditing to safeguard the interests of the company.
3、 Accounting and auditing docking
1. Regularly provide financial reports to senior management, analyze financial status and operating performance, propose improvement suggestions and risk warnings;
2. Responsible for communicating and maintaining relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
4、 Budget management
1. Develop budget control strategies to ensure that actual expenditures match the budget and prevent overspending;
2. Supervise the implementation of the budget, regularly compare and analyze the actual situation with the budget, identify the reasons for differences, and take measures to make adjustments;
3. Analyze problems in the budget execution process, track key business indicators, timely identify potential risks and opportunities, provide valuable suggestions to senior management, and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of budget management.
5、 Financial analysis
1. Regularly conduct financial analysis, prepare financial analysis reports, and provide accurate information on the company's operating status, profitability, and development trends;
2. Provide support and recommendations for the company's business development, product pricing, market strategy, etc. through financial analysis.
6、 Cost control
1. Responsible for organizing the preparation and review of cost budgets for each member enterprise, ensuring the rationality and feasibility of the budget, determining key areas and goals for cost control, and providing guidance for each member enterprise of the group company.
2. Regularly evaluate and adjust cost control strategies and policies to ensure their consistency with the development needs of the group company;
3. Regularly conduct cost analysis and evaluation, propose suggestions and measures to reduce costs and increase efficiency;
4. Monitor the implementation of cost budgets by member companies, and promptly identify and resolve budget deviations.
7、 Manage the finance team: Develop and implement financial management processes and systems to ensure the standardization and accuracy of team work.
