Xiao Wenming

Male, born in October 1984, from Shiyan, Hubei. I have 14 years of work experience and hold a Master's degree in Microelectronics from Hebei University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Information Engineering from Three Gorges University. Mr. Xiao has extensive experience in the field of efficient solar cells, including the construction, production, process maintenance, and improvement of PERC and TOPCon cells. He has a deep understanding of the manufacturing process principles of crystalline silicon solar cells and has experience in research and development as well as pilot production. Mr. Xiao also has rich experience in team management and project management, with clear work ideas, strong stress resistance, excellent logical thinking and problem-solving skills. He has a friendly personality, good communication skills, and a sense of teamwork. In his career, Mr. Xiao has held important positions in several well-known solar energy technology companies, such as the Director of Technology Development Department at Hefei Qingdian Changxin New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and the Senior Manager of Process at Chuzhou Jietai Technology Co., Ltd. During this time, he has achieved significant work results, including completing process line opening and index climbing in a very short period of time, as well as promoting efficiency improvement and cost reduction. In addition, he has published multiple academic papers, demonstrating his professional research capabilities in the field of microelectronics.
